can someone recommend a laptop with the above mentioned gfx card.

Looking to spend £550

Also which is better for performance ati 5650 or nvidia 420m ?

You may want to up your budget if possible, but try looking at HP Pavilion DV6 or a Toshiba Satellite Pro,Inspiron 15R you should find something with a 5650 for under 550 but its gonna be tight

Try the dell outlet site as 3x of my friends have bought machines in the last year with that card for £500 from there.
 
I found the laptop I want. But i am not too sure on the processor. Its the exact gfx i want, but i am unsure about the processor. Your suggestions would be great help.

what i like about this laptop is the backlit keyboard as well.

I have one of these, the 5650 can be overclocked to 650mhz (from 450) and the temperature is exactly the same (62*c at load)
