I love most of the throws in jitsu, but a plain old drop knee Ipon seo nagi is just awesome, such a feel good technique.

I dont have the longest or most flexible legs but I do appreciate people who can do things like this!

so please share your favourite techniques and awesome manoeuvres you appreciate...

Guessing ipon seo nagi is the same one as judo, if so it was my fav judo move. Just had great flow from the start to the end :)

I was a big fan of Andy Hug in K1, and it was sad when he died :(.

I'm a Muay Thai person, so I love good solid kicks to the leg. Not as exciting as a kick to the head, but it's great to see someone chop down an opponent with leg kicks. My favourite technique however, is the Muay Thai elbow. Nothing nicer than see a good sharp elbow make contact with the head :). Something like this....

Was watching fight girls last night, they were being shown combination elbows, very impressive :)

wow crunchman those videos are awesome thanks for sharing.

I got to say I like the flying armbar because it just looks awesome!

Im really chuffed I got silver in the TJF Randori in the Light Blue Tachi waza competition today....just thought id share...carry on...hehe, really chuffed!

urm yes....why?? and did it involve tequila?

nah, just cocktails :o:D

I was the guy that dared to come to the table with a cocktail :D.
Never tought I'd bump into a jitsu person on OcUK, but in all seriousness the final was a very tight match, shame about that second when you lost your focus.
Silver is nothing to be sniffed at though.

I prefer the mid air elbow, can't find a video though

When I was in competition Judo (long time ago now) I used to love O'Goshi straight to arm bar.
