What's the story with these. As far as i know they are a high end Nissan [ much like Toyota and Lexus?]

Looking at their model line up today at work and quite like the G Coupe, anybody have any experience of Infiniti?

Looks like we will be getting a car deal but, it's more related to the discussion we had yesterday [after we got the email] about the cars. One lad in comp assembly is American and says they are the bees knees and a lot of his family drive them.

I suppose Lexus would be it's nearest comparison?

Get relatively good write ups in Evo, not quite as rounded as the BMW but a good slightly cheaper alternative. What sort of deals are you getting?

From that article they say "Renault/Nissan is trying to boost Infiniti's presence in a highly competitive market, in which its rivals are giants such as Audi, BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes. " never heard of the cars but that's aiming high if you ask me!

There is talk of a couple of deals, firstly a lease scheme where other than a small monthly fee, all we pay for is fuel. The second option is a heavily discounted purchase price.

Infiniti have been around for years in the Gulf, they get abused over there so would presume they are pretty reliable.

I have driven the FX37 4x4 and was really impressed, it has a good lot of poke and is a very comfortable and stable drive, the interior is well made with stitched leather dash and i like the internal lighting, not a fuel hungry as you woudl expect a 3.7 petrol 4x4 and i was getting well over 30mpg out of it.

I know this is not the one you are thinking of getting but the FX37 did give me an all round good impression of Infinity.

I really like their range, the fx in particular and i'm usually not a huge fan of suv's in general. They would make a great left field choice, something different and refreshing about them.
