Tower Case with Handle or Lan Bag?

I'm looking at building a computer that will be moved to and from different buildings each week, I'm looking for either a case with a handle or a Lan Bag.

Can anyone recommend either? The only Lan Bag I can seem to find is £54 which is a bit too much but I would rather use a Lan Bag to protect the PC.

Budget wise: as cheap as possible :)

Any advice would be great.

NZXT Vulcan? MATX only though.

Otherwise, Bitfenix Survivor, Antec Lanboy Air :p, Coolermaster Storm Scout.

Personal pick: Scout or Survivor.
 
You're telling me that you can't carry a normal sized computer case and hardware easily? I thought I was weak!

Bags are only useful if you're taking it on public transport or down loads of stairs or something.

The PC is for a church and it will be getting moved around with all the other PA equipment so the idea of a lan bag is to protect it more than anything. Other than that, if I get a case with a handle, it's an advantage as I need to get a case anyway :)

It's got nothing to do with being weak...at least I wasn't aware that having the computer in a case or having a handle made it any lighter?

Just a shame its such an ugly case :)

Been reading about the BitFenix Survivor and that handle supports upto 40KG apparently so that might be ok...looks a bit awkward to lift though.
 
The coolermaster cosmos s is shipped wrapped inside a duffel bag, not sure if I would trust it with a system installed inside.

Sorry if that doesnt help, just couldnt think of many instances of cases coming with bags.

I think that's a bit unfair lol;), besides you are lookign for a cheap option and for the money that scout is superb. I have tried the Survivor core case before and was not that happy with the case handle at all, you could feel the weight stressing the handle when you picked it up. The Scout looks better in the flesh when I ordered it in for someone so don't rule it out lol.

If you don't mind old school then how about a Coolermaster Stacker 832se, their handle system is much more discrete and I am still using one today. I would not trust any carry/bag systems as they are not as good and are expensive too.

I agree that my budget is somewhat limiting my options so at the moment its between the BitFenix and the Coolermaster.

I'd have to get a Stacker second hand and don't seem to be able to find any.

Unfortunately not :(

It's going to be used for displaying text over HD video via projectors and state displays hence the 2 graphics cards and I've a feeling it will eventually be used for editing video.
 
Ok I've decided on the BitFenix case but is it worth paying £10 extra to get the one with external USB3 ports and an extra 200mm fan?
 
Usually keep cases for quite some time so i would go the the usb 3 version.

Check to see if it comes with the additional back fan. You may need to order one.

It sometimes pop's up on Todays only deals from a Competitor for a wee bit less than £60.
 
i used to have a DFI Lanparty tower carrying harness, cant remember what i did with it otherwise id post some pics..

Thanks, yeah, it is on Todays only which is why I've decided on it :) Just actually ordered a CORE one (without the USB3 and extra bits) and one with the USB3 so will keep one for myself and will use one for the church (not sure which yet though...can't really see them using USB3 atm).
 
Also, I don't think they come with the rear fan (at least, the CORE one doesn't) but can't afford one right now so will have to wait :(
 
I would recommend at least considering something mATX, if not mini ITX, that way you can get the case size down under 30L (or under 20L in the case of the latter).

Silverstone do a Sugo Pack bag for their Sugo cases, any of those you like the look of?
