I doubt it's for mounting on upright boards. I imagine that it'll be used on test benches. But it made me LOL out loud when the Akihabara site was linked in IRC. It's completely ridiculous. Knew the folks in here would get a kick out of it.

Probably never, as it is just a "look at what we can do" product with little improvement over conventional air cooling.

Kinda a brute force attitude to cooling, similar to strapping more engines to a car to make it faster lol
