Is there any particular resource such as IMDB but for books?

I was hoping to read something on the renaissance or classical Rome/Greece.

I'm also open to any Dan Brown type books etc.

When you say something on classical Rome/Greece - do you mean a factual work about the civilisations themselves or would a novel such as Gates Of Fire by Steven Pressfield which gives a fictional account of the Battle of Thermoplyae be suitable? It's an entertaining book anyway.

I'd also recommend Homer's Odyssey but I haven't read huge amounts about either Greece or Rome to offer more at the moment.

I've read the Odyssey but I'll check the others out! I'm after factual/NF.
