I have just purchased the P8P67-M, if you want to OC your sandy don't get this board, I stupidly thought the BIOS would be as per the P8P67 ATX board but they are not, you have no access to vcore adjustment so very limited OC ability.

No.

Save £11 and get the MSI P67A-GD55

Does everything the PRO does for cheaper and at the loss of a few expansion slots which you'll never use and a few more USB slots, which you'll never use :p

Looks fine mate, I'd just swap the HDD for an F3, and get rid of those awful speakers (coming from an audiophile) but if you don't mind sacrificing sound quality for price then sure, go for it.

E: Oh, and better SSD http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-047-OC&groupid=701&catid=14&subcat=910
K i swapped out the SSD
any reason for HD swap bud?

Also are you sure about the speakers for playing music?

thats not a b3 revision if i am correct..

Personal preference really, but I'm quite sure I know a guy who bought a set of those (or a similar set up/price range) sent them back because he didn't like the sound quality.

If music is your main usage then 5.1 isn't really ideal anyway.

E: I'm used to demo'ing every piece of home audio equipment I buy anyway, maybe I'm raising the bar too high...

No it's not. But I wouldn't say it matters tbh as you still have the warranty and MSI will replace it if anything happens.

Also TIM isn't needed.

Arctosa isn't much better than the X4 and is less likely to break ;)

Why the change to a slow SSD?

K I switched that puppy out. It saves me some dosh.

Anyway I can cut down the price a little more?

Get speakers from highstreet? Save you some cost on postage :p

I assume you removed TIM and swapped mobo and keyboard?

Could swap out the lite version of the case. You'd loose the hotswappable drive bay and a fan (front fans are also 120mm instead of 140mm).

Only other thing would be the mouse, but that's a very personal and subjective choice.
