No, these were all released before that godawful DRM was thought up.

I like this deal... not many places offer a buy one, get 3 free deal. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come with other Ubisoft titles...

I'm semi tempted (more so now that you've confirmed the lack of their annoying DRM) but there's only two of the games I'm even remotely interested in so I'll try to resist for the time being.
