So I'm living in the van at work and can't decide on dinner I'll be cooking about 2am (night shift) I have an oven, grill and hob as my weapons
Ingredients I have include
Homas
2x portabellini mushrooms
Potatoes
Eggs
Olives
4 chicken breasts
2 salmon fillets
1 box of beef mince
Onion
Garlic
Bread
Philidelpha
Pitta bread
Honey
Few various spices
Carrots
So basically I'm looking to do something healthy as I'm now at the gym lots loosing weight etc
Any ideas? I'm only coming up with boring things
