What setting do you guys have your auto switching move assistance on? Is the default setting high?

Someone said Toure was too attacking for DM, I do find I'm really left open sometimes from the midfield to the back four, wondering if this is the problem. Players don't have any freedom to do what they want do they? Like as In Football manager?

Hoffenheim's right back and captain (Beck) doesn't have a name, and there's a fair few others in the German league missing them too.
