Anyones virgin media broadband just died?

Mine has just gone completely, send & receive buttons and the ready button are no longer flashing, argh. Anyone else effected in south Wales area?

I would, I have a telephone line from virgin but I've never had a phone plugged into it. I only have one as it's cheaper to do so than to not.

Been naff here for about 6 weeks, and gonna stay naff untill mid April.... Cant load videos, or even play online games... Takes about 30 seconds to load a website.... Sigh!
