Sat in office, yesterday and today and everyone is a lot more happier than a dreary dull grey day, what is the reasoning for this? There must be a physcological factor!?

Or am I imagining it ?

OcUk, I question thee

You’re not imagining it and you have to be a fairly sad git to like dull dull short days. Bright days always lift the spirit. With spring in the air and summer around the corner, the birds getting ready to come out what normal person wouldn’t be happy. Bring it on.

Vitamin D brah!

Hardly likely to be making any difference at this time of year considering the small amount of time spent in the sun.

Probably some genetically programmed reaction, just like most people like views of lakes, greenery and the sea. Areas where you are most likely to find food to survive.

Frozen wastes and deserts are impressive but don't illicit the same feelings.

I can not stand winter, But I love the sun & warm weather. So I'm already 10x happier than I would be :D

When I need to sneeze but can't I deliberately look at the sun/bright light to make me sneeze, works every time

Lol at it being called ACHOO hahaha :D

well... becuase its sunny is the answer... :) the sun is out, the birds are singing, the sky is blue... cant really question it tbh. its just the way it is :)

People keep walking into my office while im staring up at a light trying to get that itchy sneeze feeling to produce a nasal expulsion :P Makes me look like i'm a right head case...
