Why does the sun make people happier?

It makes me happier to a point, when temperatures start going much above 20C and the sun is continuously in my face where ever I look (somehow), it starts to get annoying. But, when it's like it has been the last couple of days I crank up what I class as my Summer music and chill out. Definitely makes me happier.

Couldn't give a ****, I'm just happy. :D

Such glorious glorious weather today, in a t-shirt and warm. So bright and so merry.

\o/

It's great when the Sun returns.:) I think the reasons for its mood enhancing effects are numerous, melatonin and seratonin production are said to increase when we're sufficiently exposed to sunlight.

One downside though is you notice how dusty your house has become over the winter months, I would have sworn it was clean in here. I've been reguarly vacuuming and dusting, honest gov!

Doubt it'd be to do with vitamin D, or we'd get the same lift from taking a vitamin supplement or eating sardines!

It most definitely improves my mood though. Love it in Florida, it's infinitely more pleasing going from a gorgeous warm outdoors to a refreshingly chilled interior. As opposed to going from a stuffy heated indoor space out to the cold, bleak, miserable weather which then dries your skin and lips out :(

Roll on summer!

The brighter it is the more alert we are, as when it starts to darken our bodies go into sleep mode. Or something, maybe. And also the clothes thing \0/.

Because women get their boobs out and science has shown that looking at boobs makes you healthier :D

Summer is coming!

Which can only mean:
Holidays, cold beer, beaches, less clothing, top down, weekends away, tan, fit women!
Not in any particular order...
