This is probably my favourite of all the silly holidays. Just polished off a cheese (brie, cheddar, blue) and ham pancake. Now onto a sugar and lemon.

Sugar and Lemon is the classic.

I also like them with a bit of peanut butter (smooth, not chunky) and maple syrup! Om Nom Nom!
