Titan gamer i5 760 running hot

so like when i boot up windows the idle temps on the cpu my temps are like 70+ and when i start anygame they easily go into the 98/ 99s now ive checked for dust in the fan and blew tht out but really cant think what might be causing it, only had it like 2 months :S

Either its not seated properly or your fan is not plugged in or broken. I would not use till you get it sorted or you will pop your chip

+1 reseat cooler and possibly apply new paste.

titan gamers are usually at 4GHz

so the temps are fine

what cooler is it?

i start back at work saturday so may be able to assist you then if it is desperate
