I think i posted this here in another sub forum, not sure but here goes
Right.. essentially i let myself go a bit from around Sept last year and went up to about 14 stone, not really fat looking but clothes etc.. were getting tight. Am about 5ft 11 with a 'stocky' build i guess, wide shoulders etc..
I've been doing cardio lately with a Weslo Cardio glide machine

Around 5-600 reps at setting 7. No idea on how much calories burnt though it does feel like a good workout (around half hour daily).
I cut the calories down to about 1500 daily, but some days eat 2400 calories and on weekends may hit as much as 4000 calories, however its likely more like 1500 calories 80% of the month. I've lost weight, went down to 13.2 stone over a month and dropped a trouser size to 34 with a belt from 36 snug without belt needed. However, i'm feeling burnt out last few days.
Question, should i step up my low calorie days a bit? and is working out 7 days a week a good idea? My Basal metabolic rate is something like 2000 calories and with moderate activity should be 2600 cals?! bit high i think.. but i do notice when i eat 2400 calories + workout harder i seem to lose weight quicker than when i stick to 1500!
Cheers!
also, if i did post this in another sub forum and you answered, sorry and thank you, i've forgotten what i may have called the thread
