How so? The plain glazed ones are quite low in kcals tbh, not as bad as people assume they are.
KK are very light donuts, hence them being so good.

Jam ones from supermarkets are awesome.
If we're going for Krispy Kreme though, needs to be an original glazed ring or a Cruller, put in microwave for 10 seconds and they go a bit melty and even better
