I never thought it would happen to me, but I think I have been ripped off by an online store http://www.dchub.co.uk/

I ordered on the 9th and have not heard anything since my order confirmation. I've emailed them numerous times but they haven't replied and there is no phone number listed.

I paid by palpal so I'm hoping I get my money back, but I have never had anything like this happen to me before. how do I go about claiming money back, do I have to wait a certain amount of days or something?

Thanks guys, I feel like a prat. :(

You are. That website is poor at best, how did you end up buying from it? :p

I was desperate to get a power supply for an old monitor. I wouldn't normally bother but I need this old monitor as I'm developing an embedded system and I can only output 1200x1024 max resolution over VGA and my newer monitors wont work with it.

What's wrong with their site?

I hd a quick look and TBH, it could be fake but seeing as they seem to have good ebay feedback, i'd say it is fine

Power supplies is a unusual thing to scam though, you'd expect something more popular. Saying that, people can really do it to anything I guess.

I've ordered a laptop battery from one 10x worse than that, and it still arrived eventually. I wasn't bothered as PayPal will just refund it if its dodgy (as it happened it wasn't and my battery turned up 2 days later!).

They tend to be hastily set up by eBay merchants.
