Gentlemen, we need a new bread of choice, and this is it.

I have to agree with the op

What's this like sizewise as my toaster struggles with standard size hovis due to it's sports design

Sports toaster? wat :p

No problems with the Tefal toaster at work and it's no different on the Morphy Richards at home.

Only problems I have had toasting bread is when I slice up a whole loaf as the chunks are too fat to fit in the slots so a quick grill and a watchful eye sorts them out :D

Supermarket bread much like any supermarket food = VILE

Make your own or support your local bakery/grocers/farm shops/farmers markets instead of that corporate mafia :)

I agree. I once had a couple of slices of Tesco value bread which was harder to squeeze through my arteries than clag from 40 years smoking.

Utter cack. Bleached flavoured clay.

Prefer my own tbh :p

Dear lord I think we're going to have to educate you how to make real bread like a real man.

*trundles off to make a "Manly Baking Thread"

Um I've been buying that seeded batch loaf for years. It truly is awesome. One of he best seeded loaves around, most others dont quite get the seed mix right .

Also , 85p is frigging a great price. It's usually well over a pound unless you can get a deal of some sort.

i like that stone baked one tescos do, propper tasty!! i mostly have a plain bloomer.
