From the other thread, I had delivered some Brollies, stands and bracket a week ago and got myself a guinea pig. Taken a leaf straight out of Esquire, and recreated a shoot from their magazine for fun !

Had a blast of a time lol

Good character and nice lighting, the furthest right on the second row stands out for me as a fav. Furthest left on the same row reminds me of primary school a bit lol.

Any need for yet another pointless reply, how about stating why they do nothing for you. Maybe some useful C&C?

As for the pictures, I like them but feel they don't pop as much as your usual stuff, the BW conversion is a little too grey for my liking.

Regarding the poses my favs are 3, 7, 8, 13.

Got myself a set of remote triggers this week so have also jsut started to play around with this type of thing, will try and get some images up over the weekend.

I did, but then i needed something more compact for now, so i got 2 "convertible" brollies, i took the outer lining off on one and that became a soft box.

They are grey? Really hmmmm, they don't on my imac or iPad. I don't think i will try this white background thing again in a hurry, since its not my thing, i have some ideas for what to do with the triggers and brollies thou :)

My favourite poses were 6 & 8

Teeny more contrast for me please, but again this is just what I would prefer. There your photos so do what you like with them, at the end of the day if your happy with them then that's all good. I'm just nit picking when i say a bit more contrast would make them better, still pretty dam decent pictures and looks like your getting the hang of the old off camera flash trickery!
