Anyone purchased a B-Grade MSI GeForce GTX 460 Hawk?

I am in the market for a new video card and noticed these at a good price:

I've not brought a b-grade item before, would these have any major problems? I see OcUK have 10+ of them in stock so they might be a job lot refurbed by MSI?

Go for it. Just remember, if it does fail outside 3 months you won't get a refund but you may still get some of your money beck depending on how long you've had it. Apparently, the twin frozr's had a lot of problems so that is why OC have loas in the B grade

Refund? You mean it's possible to get a refund from OC UK for non B grade parts?

would it be possible for me to send in my GTX 460, spend a bit more and get a 560 or 480 instead?
How much of the cost of hte card will i get refunded for?

You can only get a refund if it's faulty within the first 28days or if you change your mind within 7 days.

I was talking about a partial refund if the card goes wrong as he has had some use out of it. 1979 sale of goods. the card has to last a reasonable amount of time.

I think they were making buzzing noises or something. AFAIK it was with the 5850's not the 460's. Shouldn't be too much of an issue though. I think some of them had problematic capacitors.

Ive asked the same question about a motherboard and they said it will be fully working but there might be things missing like cables or manuals
