Couple of days ago there was an option on the Sony website to configure one of these new Sandybridge portables which just got released. So I decided to do a bit more research and after some head scratching decided the Sony was a fantastic machine. Sadly other people also realised this and they have now sold out of their initial stock of components 
The girl at Sony said it will be a week or two before they get new stock so now I have to be patient. As per title I am looking for someone who has bought one of these and can give some initial impressions (build quality, performance, battery life etc.)..
