I am looking at the case range on OCUK and other than the ones that have it in their specs its really hard to know or see which cases are ready to take a 120mm + rad.

So far I know for sure that the CM690 has space for them in top or bottom. I am guessing by the interior that the lancool K62 can handle one also.

The important thing is it has to be mid sized. I am planing a crazy idea involving 2 or maybe 3 120mm sized rads and was hoping to see if I could someohow squeeze them in a mid sized box

I have put a 280 in the top of my K62. It does a great job but I still find that temps are my limiting factor with my CPU overclock. However it does to a great job of cooling my GPU. I had to do a little modding to get it in though, and file the two holes for the holes to line up. By the way I can still get the plastic shroud on no problem.

Not many that are 'pre-designed' for it. The Xigmatek Utgard and the Panzerbox have room for a 240 rad up top. The Lanboys have modules for radiator attachments.

Easiest thing is to buy a dremel (£30) and a radiator grill (£10) and mod the radiator where-ever u want. You can fit triple radiators in the most unlikely cases (Lian Li A05 for example).

The Utgard is very roomy and definately has space for at least a dual rad. it is spec'd to be mid tower
My only gripe with it is that the cable management options are not the best placed, there is a rather protruding bar down the middle of the case, it could cause some problems with cable management when using lots of components

600T can accept a 120.2 in the roof. The fans go in the 'compartment' and the rad goes on the other side.
It can be seen starting at 4:10

The cm690 II is one of the only cases that I know that has been made to take two 120.2 radiators without any kind of modification needed. It might be your best bet for starting your project.
