this is on my asus xonar d2 soundcard on the side, anyone know what goes in ther? cuz i dont

Each 3.5 jack port has a light. So Im guessing its that there is a gap so the light is leaking out.

i was asking what goes in the ports, nothing about leaking lights? :confused:

They look like CD-audio ports: http://www.epanorama.net/documents/pc/cdrom_audio_wire.html. No-one really uses them anymore, no point really.

As Phil said, CD in. AUX in and MIDI in, are the other two. AUX in, could be used to connect to a TV tuner card.

Couldn't you stick an epically old optical drive in with a headphone port and use that as some lame front panel audio? Just a thought...
