People ad their sigs

Hi there,
Do you look at peoples sigs and make an assumption of what they are like?
Was just thinking about it then, here's an example - was looking at Simulatorman's sig and he has a big BMW seven series on it, so I presume he is a high flying businessman with a big BMW when in fact he could just be an 18 year old student or something Im sure he isnt but sigs can be misleading.
Just look at fox's sig, one would presume very wrongly that he had a fondness for Vauxuall motors, or even look at mine I suppose you could take from my sig that I am an LSD taking loony chav because I drive a Subaru but thats not the case.
Anyway do you percieve what people are like because of their sigs?

That's a very good qustion. I do tend to look at everyone sig, at least once. I guess some sort of opinion is formed just like when you meet someone for the first time.

I don't really judge a poster by their sig, but I find them somewhat handy in order to tell some of the posters apart... A picture seems far easier for my brain to remember than a username.

I do this too. Though sig rotators **** this up. Unless it's like EVH's sig and the same design, just different colours.

I just use them to recognise people. Avatars don't help for some reason

I don’t make assumptions about posters from their signatures but they’re a nice way to identify familiar posters.
