Little Insurance Rant

Just phoned Zurich connect as i am looking at moving where i am based from Bury St Edmunds (car fully garaged, private land, cctv, barbwire... the works) to West Yorkshire, not one of the best bits and road side parking. My insurance increases £46 :/

I really dont understand how any of it works

Confused. Surely the new location is higher risk etc so that explains the increase
