I'm looking into watercooling (bit of a watercooling noob, but I did help my brother do his) my Coolermaster Scout, I know it's not the easiest case to watercool, but I don't want to change as it's a great case for lan, and fits perfectly into PC stand in my desk.

I've found a few people on other forums who have managed this, but wondered if anyone on here has done it.

Heres the 2 rads 1 About half way down are picks of his watercooling set up. His required no modifications at all and cooled CPU + CF GPUs (I'm looking to SLI my GTX460s)

I'm not sure what rads etc he used, but he does mention all the sizes.

I'm not afraid to mod my case (had some experience).

Heres another Watercooling mod This one seems a bit OTT to me. I would want room for HDDs and DVD drive. However, don't mind moving HDD cage etc to get better cooling. Only got 1 HDD and 1 SSD (3.5")

I'm looking to cool i5-2500k and GTX 460 2GB SLI (all overclocked as far as possible).

Any idea how much all this will cost? I don't really know much about watercooling parts and whats needed etc. Obv the first watercooling set up looks quite cheap, and he didn't actually get bad temps from it.

BTW, if this is in the wrong section can someone move it? I wasn't sure if Cases or Overclocking and Cooling (got a bit of both involved, lol)

Well it'd only be carrying it to and from the car. (my last case was twice the size and no handle, almost dropped it twice and the front pannel ripped off.)

Is water cooling ok for transportation? I'm not gna be throwing it around or anything.

Hmm £350 is quite a abit. But Im guessing thats for like 360mm radiator (which I won't have room for). How much would it be for 2 120mm(30mm deep)rads. Would it be a lot cheaper? Might go , if i mod a little I can get 3x120mm rads.

That's not going to be enough for a cpu and two cards really. It will work but you either going to need loud fans to cool better or just not clock as much

I could not see the links to the threads but from what ive seen with the CM scout most put two rads in, one at the back and one on the top.

I have the CM Scout, its a very nice case.

The idea I had was removing the HDD cage and putting HDD and SSD in the DVD cage. then got room for another rad there. And cud do 2 on the top. Need to get some measurements out though tbh

The pump makes are all the same really. If i was you and getting 2 small rads then i would buy a d5 pump they cost more but pump more water so the fast water gets round to the rad again the better

140mm rad in the top along with a 120mm rad at the rear. Remove the hdd cage and you have room for another 140mm rad. As long as you don't use stealth rads you should be fine with temps.
