So i totally forgot to take pics at the start of the 10 weeks (2 weeks in now) but my weight started at 90kg
day one at the gym was the 21st Feb!
i am running every day roughly 3km then moving onto weights. then sundays i do a 10km run. i am eating healthy with plenty of chicken and low carbs! my 3km times started at 21min and first 10km was 1hour 20mins (bare in mind i have never ran that distance in my life lol)
Tuesday 22nd Feb

3km times - 20mins

anyone got any tips on loosing the obvious belly here!!
the belly is defo smaller and you can clearly see by the stats my weight has dropped very quickly
face is defo thinner and the belly is no longer sticking out to much lol and the moobs have nearly gone.
is it best to just keep going on what im doing? 7 days a week at the gym, im actually enjoying it all!
