That email was more me being wound up at her response, because at that point all I knew was it had been sent, not when.
I'd be pretty annoyed waiting 10 days (actually it will be at least over 2 weeks from the cancellation before the cheque clears) for a refund from a company on something I'd paid for with Paypal.
They crossed the line, you can just tell she's up her own ....
you expressed your feelings, they should have kept it professional and issued a refund via paypal, instead of trying to convice you how good they are.
Yeah thought of that, but it's £110... and was paid through Paypal, so I always have a sort of safety net.
