Do any of you live with symptoms the doctors can't diagnose?

I personally have horrid symptoms that the doctors can't diagnose :(

1. Stain on my tongue that is just always there and gets worse throughout the day.

2. Mucus build up

3. Burning sensation on face when I get anxious!

How about you, have you ever been to the doctors for something so many times and have yet to have found the answer?

I've been around 15 times for the above and they are putting it down to health anxiety :\

Back/joint/muscle....infact anything from the hips down pain.

Originially some funky going on with my liver but that's now fixed, fatty deposits! I'm only 13.5stone and 5ft10 so not much overweight.

I suffer from the mucus build up as well and it's a nightmare - always having to clear my throat. Suffered for around 15 years and I am now being sent for allergy testing after going through every known nasal spray on the market.

Ringing in my ears, seemed to develop about a year ago and my GP is clueless. I know exactly what it is, tinnitus, but apparantly there's no wax buildup so nothing can be done.

I've never exposed my hearing to anything ridiculous enough to cause this yet here it is, and I'm only 20.

Got tinnitus as well,it was from perforating my ear drum and you would certainly know if you did that.
By the way I used to get a Mucus build up but then I stopped drinking Orange juice and it seemed to help.

Anxiety can do some crazy things to your body so dont dismiss your doctors advice, i remember years ago i suffered from stress and i would get a red rash round my face and neck, it was horrible, doc gave me anti-histamines and it disappeared practicaly overnight.

Yes. I have to make myself vomit every morning to clear my throat of mucus/phlegm. It's been going on for well over a year. I've been on every allergy medication or nasal spray/drop under the sun. Nothing can get rid of it. Now we're starting to think it's acid from my stomach causing the post-nasal drip.

I've no idea, it's one of the only medical related struggles I've ever had but it's hellish, not a day goes by where I don't need to vomit first thing. Makes training and putting on weight a nightmare.

If I don't clear my throat first thing, after I've eaten it's an absolute guarantee that my body wont digest anything and I'll bring everything back up within a couple of hours.

I get a tingling sensations kind of like pins and needles on the bridge of my nose and between my eyes.

Also get the same kind of feeling in my fingertips for hours on end somtimes

And lots of dodgy things going on with my liver causing me random jaundice for no apparent reason. by time i get to the doctors and have my liver tested the levels are way off what they should be but they have no idea why :/
