Serious question. Or would it be considered too dangerous? Anyone know?

I'm not planning on nicking a bike! Just an interesting question ...?

The fact that we're questioning it means it could be questioned in court - so the police probably wouldn't use it on a bike regardless of whether they can or not.

Interesting, I've never really thought of that before.

Seems like it would be too dangerous to be honest but I don't know official policy

I seem to remember a video with a reliant robin being chased by the police who were too scared to use stingers in case it toppled; I can only imagine the same rule applies to bikes.

if the rider has no helmet/riding dangerously then the ground units have to back away and usually let the helicopter follow. it'd be so much easier to ram the bike back tyre to end the chase fast.

Incredibly dangerous lol, in america they might though considering they have rammed bikers :D
In this country I doubt it, if you ride too fast or too dangerously they dont give chase.

I think in that instance it was in Spain, and he claimed to have a hand grenade.

He (rather foolishly) asked for a motorcycle to get away with. An undercover pulled out on him at the last second.
