Rear end of the Astra looks flabby and the VXR8 is formed from the parts bin of a blind man. Awful looking cars lacking any panache/imagination/class etc, etc. I'm sure they will appeal to their intended market!!

The higher door lines makes the Astra does give the impression that it's flabby but that's also what makes it so mean looking.

Lacking any panache or imagination, not too sure I agree with that. The Astra looks bloody good and this is from a man that does not like Vauxhalls one bit.

What is it with horrid alloy wheels also?

The DS3 racing thing has nasty wheels and the Audi RS3 in last weeks autocar also had horrid alloy wheels.

The Astra OPC and Astra VXR were identical and both produced 240bhp ? :confused:
