So new Steam release ...yay!

I've played through the demo and well the music's awesome and it has good funny bits :p But the game itself doesn't seem all that great - just another sorta ok tower defense game.

Just wondered what anyone else thought of it? :)

Yeah, it seems really simple but the music and the humour are quite awesome ...i can't think of many other games with surf music off the top of my head :P

I've been playing Revenge against the Titans as well, which is kinda similar in awesomeness :D -(inb4 I'm sure it has it's own thread etc., etc...)

Yeah, i bought it too and i noticed the steep learning curve
Glad it's not just me being crap at it though :p

There's one map with 200 zombies and you only get a sniper, there's 60 seconds to get the job done but the sniper fires once per second...

I have no idea how the mechanics work but do the bullet travel through the zombies resulting in a line of pain?

I'm stuck on this too, it's ridiculous. I seem to remember playing this in the demo and getting stuck too thinking SERIOUSLY?!

Start a new campaign and you can select 'casual' which slows the zombies down and their rate of expansion, makes the game much more manageable!

Yeah, I'm really enjoying this, but by about the 5th or 6th excursion in my first campaign I was getting well and truly walloped by zed.

Second time around, I went for the option of ensuring that each excursion has at least one offensive squad (so you don't get sent out with barriers, zed bait and a chopper... yeah, thanks!). Working out well so far. Had a horrible cacade of level 4 pandemic outbreaks, but just got the llama cannon in time to stem the tide.

This is really fun. Already had my £2's worth just from last night and this afternoon's play, I'd say.

Great game, I would suggest choosing the larger point score (20k i think?) You get a longer time to actually win. I found it very/too hard on the standard lower point campaign.
