I had some last night, was gutted though, as I got some out ready for buttering and had a phone call. So didn't get around to eating it for about half hour.
Came back to butter it, and as i was doing so with vigorous abandon, I noticed it had hardened somewhat. Thought nothing of it and started munching on some.
It had dried out and hardened so much, it was like eating cardboard.

Moral of the story, don't leave it on the side for half hour before eating

I found out the hard way so you don't have to!

Malt Loaf = Good.
Lurpak = Not so good.
