Short answer yes, but if your looking to crossfire later then go for a 850w to give yourself a bit of headroom

Yes, it will be fine. That PSU has one 6 pin and one 6+2 pin - which is fine for any version of the 6950 card.

That said, if you haven't already bought the PSU, I would strongly suggest you go for this one instead. It is better. Here is a review.

It will be more than enough.

Even if you heavily overclock both the CPU and GPU.
