March in London on the 26th?

A protestor just said in an interview with BBC news, "There's millions of people here today, maybe one million, maybe two million". At least those marching are well informed :p

Not picking on you personally Tefal but this sentiment is wrong and has been expressed a few times now. How many people do you think are keeping an eye on the March on the tv/radio/internet, how many people cannot afford to travel down to London and how many people are too busy working to be able to attend? In a nation where most of the population has their head up their own backsides in regards to political stance, understanding and responsibility, I think managing to organise a well attended protest is an impressive feat and a step in the right direction.

how can you possibly prove this either way.

do you think mob rule is the best way to govern, at the end of the day, the tories got the most votes.

what?

who the hell eats at 3pm (other than a light bacon based snack which is acceptable at any time)?

I'm telling you living that close to the French has diddled with your southern brains!

Breakfast is at 7-8am, midday snack, 3pm is lunch time, then dinner at 8pm+

Yup they can count over ten. :p

Doesn't mean they can't march though.

no one said they can't march simply they should be ignored.

maybe he's counting the natives :p

so 400,000 out of 60m+. they should be ignored....

Exactly. Disabled, homosexuals, lesbians and mentally disturbed only form a small proportion of our population - we should ignore their concerns as well.

Errr ... what?

You have no valid concerns to be protesting about.

You are protesting over the fact that the rest of us are not giving you enough money, which is just downright selfish if you ask me.

How about racists, homophobes and eugenics supporters should their views be foisted on us all?

I love the "We must concentrate on economic growth through tax fairness" crap people are spouting, hoping for more tax on higher earners. Seriously, including NI people are already paying over 60% in the top tier brackets. If they want true fairness lets tax everybody 62% and say "It's the fairest way to fix the economy" and then see how hard they protest. So irritating.....
