Block facebook, msn and all those other things that might maintain contact. Sever. Really, sever.

Go out with your friends, go to the gym, go for a drive, take up hobbies or night classes. It doesn't really matter what the 'thing' is, just do something.

Meet someone who is compatible with you and who you want to be with. It'll happen.
