Any other reccomendations around that price point?

Ive seen the 5850 but unfortunately it needs 2 PCIe power (I have one) and its only 1 DVI slot, which is an issue as im using dual dvi monitors.

Any other reccommendations up to £140?

Another question...

I can get an Asus GTX 460 TOP 768MB from a competitor for £89

Is it worth me paying the extra £40 for the 6850 from here? Or will the performance increase not be big enough?

There is a minimal performance between the 768mb & 1gb models of the 460 so I would go with the £90 460 :)

To answer the question in your new thread, then yes, yes it is. I got mine for £110, so do it. You won't regret it. Was the first PC upgrade I've done, and I was happy as a bunny.

I bought a Gigabyte GTX 460 768MB last week to go with my M-ITX build, in conjunction with an i3 540 (not OC'd) I'm running games like dirt 2, F1 and Trackmania at 1920 x 1080 with High details and they're silky smooth, I'm absolutely blown away by GTX 460 even if i did pay £125!

I have a GTX 580 in my main rig but honestly i could stick the GTX 460 in and not see any real difference in most games

Grab the 460 at £89 :)

If you do eventually decide on Asus 6850, remember to install MSI Afterburner software, 6850's are very good overclockers, it will easilly take you to 5850 level and maybe even closer to 6870's.
