Hey everyone, tha ks for stopping by to look and hopefully help me make my decision :O

Ive got an MSI 560 Ti twin Frozr, which is amazing, but im not to sure if its actually broken,

My Specs:

Athlon 4400+ 2.3Ghz,
Mobo from an acer aspire m1201 (even acer dont know what mobo it is...)
2GB DDR2
Windows XP All updated
Corsair TX 650

Tye problem is, sometimes i can be on gakes for hours without problems and then other times i will be on games for 10-30mins and the game will crash windows into 4 bit colour and i have to hard restart, also in 2 of my games (fallout 3 and crysis 2) the whole screen goes yellow when i look at certain areas and other areas the games fine, none of my games lag, it seems to be mainly crysis 2 and fallout 3 that cause problemms but sometimes its metro 2033 and sometimes a few other games, in crysis 2 i can have the game maxed out at my native resolution (1440x900) and thats the resolution that the games go yellow in some areas, and as soon as i turn the resolution down (to about 1280x800) only some bits of the game go yello, ( like the guns, nps walls or smoke) i had a 4670 before the 560Ti and had no problems whatsoever, should i RMA my card or if im within my 30 day moneyback guarrentee swap it for a AMD 6950?

P.S i have tried all the different drivers available and none seem to fix the problem (including the beta :/ )

Any help or ideas are really appreciated! Thanks!!!! :)

Since your running Windows XP you could have legacy ATI dirvers still on your OS that are causing conflicts. Download driver sweeper and clean out any remnants of the catalyst driver it finds (you need to do this in safe mode) and also uninstall your Geforce drivers and run DS again this time to remove all the Geforce drivers. Then go back into boot back in XP and do a fresh installation of the latests drivers. Failing that do a full format and reinstall of XP which should eliminate any software issues.

BTW I think you know this already but I'll say it anyway in case you don't know but your video card and CPU are way out of balance.

Thanks, i just looked at my order and i only ordered it on the 8th may, so i can still get my money back, do you reccoment i swap it for a 6950 twin frozr? And i did dondriversweeper when i first got the card but not in safe mode :O ill try it again, if that doesnt work i think ill swap it or rma it?

As freddie pointed out your card will be a bottleneck for that card have you any friends with a computer more up-to-date to try it in ?

I know the cards bottlenecked by the system, a lot lol ;) but im getting a mobo cpu and ram uograde in a few months so it was more logical for me to Get the card first as the games are more gpu dependant, but i dont have any mates who have nore up to sate systems and any mates whod willingly let me do it anny way lol :P o think ill give the people i brought it from a call tommorow( it wasnt ocuk, sorry :p) and ask for my £205 back and buy an unlockable MSI 6950 from ocuk? What do you reccommend?

To be honest I didn't get the 6950 in the first place (it's regularly priced below £200 for the 2Gb model) so if that is what you want to do then I would say do it but not before eliminating all other possibilities (as I pointed out earlier).

Yeah i definatley will check everything because i dont really want the hastle :D but hopefully i can fix it all, and surveyor i meant the 30 day money back guarentee thing buissnesses have to offer if a customer isnt satisfied with goods :P

They only have to offer 7 days by law - they may choose to offer a 30 day policy.
