WDTV - USB Powered Hard Drive question...

Hi all,

I've just been playing with a WDTV Live player and I've noticed the following.

I have a Freecom 2.5" USB Powered hard drive and when I turn on the WDTV - Even though the USB drive turns on - the WDTV doesn't pick it up.

I have to physically unplug the usb cable and plug it back in for it work.... then once it's on - It works fine... until I switch off the WDTV and turn it back on

Any ideas please?

There should be a setting for it in there somewhere that automatically detects device on boot, have a look around in the settings menu.

I couldn't find this option...
