need some help pls with xfire

just installed a 2nd 5850 and everything seems to work ok, but in asus smart doctor i noticed ULPS scrolling along the top sometimes, not all the time and for the life of me i cant find out what it means.

I had a look thru the forum and ppl are saying to disable it but i dont know what it does?

Saves power when you're not gaming.

Cards are downclocked for desktop use.

Can't see a reason to disable it.

Presumably the message is just telling you that the cards have entered an ultra low power state.

if you want temp monitors to read both cards correctly it needs to be disabled, also if you want to overclock them using MSI AB (and pos other apps) then it also needs disabling.
