Vehicle tax changes - April 2011

Im confused... Do you still only have to pay £215 regardless of how big the engine is or how much it kills the world as long as its registered before March 2001? (Something like an M5 maybe?)

Or if your 3.5 litre twin carb Range Rover (15mpg on a good day) was regisiterd before 1973 you pay no road tax whatsoever :D

Just as well mine was really :p

£215 because its over 1500cc, could be worse though, if it was new it would be £400+ ^^

£225 as of April, im in the same group, shame labour stopped tax free for cars over 20 years old, mine would be in that group then.
My old RX8 would be costing me £460 a year now, glad i got rid while it was £250.

Fancy moaning about 5%, Damn Peasants get every where these days.

Personally I am quite happy that there are less cars on the road.
