From a quick reading of the blurb there it seems that it's the toys inside rather than the eggs themselves which are more of a danger and I can understand that a bit better than the headline. However it does say on the wrapping and inside the plastic egg that they may not be suitable for children under 3 because of small parts or at least it did last time I had one.

Im only curious as here in LA I can think of at least 3 places I know they sell kinder eggs because I have bought them for people who had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned them. They also sell the maxi bars and the buenos too. Im assuming it is a state by state legal decision, as yeah...you can definitely get them here!

they are sold in packs or 10 or so so if you unwrap them all then it's like a kit kat chunky. always find kinder products so over priced for the small amount you get. same with bueno
