Ark only sign on kids aged 13-17 (only a load of under 15 yo girls girls so far) and make them a song + video at the expense of the kid's parents.

Talent, ability and marketability dont matter at all, if the parents pay a few thousand $, their kid gets an auto tuned song + video including a rap from 'fat usher'
