Aw man been dying to get some streetpass action for SSF4 going! Am I doing something wrong? I just keep it in sleep mode right? (Does it matter if SSF4 is running or not or in suspended mode?)

Anyone here had anything on that side yet?
 
A mate at work just let me have a go on his. Those augmented reality cards are crazy. There was a dragon literally on my desk! :P

I fear that the credit card may take a hammering today. Will probably just rent games from Boomerang instead of forking out £25+.

Just keep it in sleep mode.

You don't need to have ssiv running in order for it to work, but I think I enabled it within the game? You can check the status of street pass by going into system settings, data management then into street pass management.
 
I don't have a 3Ds and no intention of getting one, but damn this streetpass sounds cool.

Imagine for pokemon, say u set up a trade for pikachu, and you are willing to trade him for a dugtrio, squirtle or machomp (I havn't played pokemon for like 6 years ok!), and you walk past someone thats trading one of those for a pikachu, and it does the trade. That would be so cool!

Obviously it's a stupid example because no one would ever trade pikachu.

You can do that online now with Black/White.

Street pass is awesome for Ridge Racer ghost data.

BTW, does anyone have like a creaking coming from the screen hinge? When I'm using the shoulder buttons, which is constantly when playing PES, the pressure against the lid with my finger causes the left hinge to creak a little.

Pondering over the possibility of getting it replaced. :p

Like my creaking dpad, it's very common on all variants of the DS and should sort itself out after a little wear.
 
The hinge is reminiscent to the hinge on the Lite, DSi was by far the best as it had little to no movement, but due to the fact that these new parallex barrier screens weigh a lot more than the DSi it will weigh a lot more.
 
I just ordered a DSi case for my 3DS. Please tell me the 3DS will actually fit inside it? :p

I've just checked the dimensions of the DSi compared to the 3DS and the 3DS is 3mm deeper than the DSi, so maybe it will fit. I'd imagine so anyway as there has to be a few mm for the extra games and stylus to fit into the "lid" of the case. :)

I don't like the hori soft cases. Their hard pouches are much better. I got the crown 12 in 1 kit (I wanted the hard case and the usb charging cable) and I've pretty happy with it :)

I've got a thing for soft cases, I just love the way that white one looks in the pics. I'm not bothered if it doesn't have very good protection from bumps and stuff, it's just something to keep scratches at bay as when I'm around town it'll be in my hand and when I'm driving it'll be in my bag or the glove compartment.
