hi all
my graphics card is a Asus ATI radeon HD 4580 512 mb and I'm playing battlefield bad company 2, anyone have any idea the highest setting I can play on. thanks in advance.;)

Getting on abit now but still a capable card, it depends on the rest of your system and the resolution you'll be playing at. I would say you could run it at medium settings without AA, but without knowing answers to above questions it's difficult to know for sure.
 
At that res you should be o.k with mediumish settings, best bet is to just try it. You'll soon know if framerate is too low, use a framerate counter such as fraps or afterburner and aim for 40+ fps.
 
Bc2 is rather CPU dependent - it loves extra cores! What CPU are you running?
 
Dude, thats a bit of a silly question isnt it?
We need to know the FULL Spec, including your OS.

Settings are based upon gaming experience which in reality is judged by FPS, things like speed of your hard drives can be a flaw for FPS, so...

You have the game, you have the computer. Dont be lazy, just test it yourself. This way you will get the exact answer to your question. ^^
 
Yeah, just turn up the graphics and stop when it gets to jerky, then post the results here so others will know with the same card :D
 
My 4870 used to run it with fairly high settings at the res, but if you have a better CPU than me it could well be even higher than that.
