It just occurred to me that the real reason Africa has so much AIDS is because of the mosquitos. What if the mosquitos are sucking the AIDS out of one persona and injecting it in to someone else??

That would defineately explain the AIDS epidemic in tropical African countries with large number of mosquitos. I bet the W.H.O. knows but pretends it's not happening because there's basically nothing they can do about it.

I'm no expert but I don't think this is true. I'm fairly sure the reason Africa has so much AIDS is a lack of (willingness to use) contraception

Or perhaps it is that most people in Africa don't know what condoms are, and also people in southern Africa think that shagging a virgin will cure their AIDS....

It doesnt survive very long outside the body. HIV only lasts a couple of minutes if I remember correctly.
