Africa's AIDS epidemic

Africans don't want condoms. It's not a lack of condoms that's the problem it's the lack of desire to use them. I know people who have worked in sub-saharan Africa and they say you can't give them damn things away.

I appreciate that is a sweeping set of statements but I think it holds more truth than error.

Well im not saying its a perfect solution, but its a plan.

Sort of like a format of the Nigerian hard drive, then re apply a new operating society that works this time, one which involves them sending less budding traffic wardens to the Uk.

Surely in this day and age everyone knows that aids isn't transferable via Insects and specifically mosquitos.

If that was the case, why would there not be comparable increases in all the other countries that have mosquito problems & how do you think it would affect the toursit industry in those countries if people thought they would get aids from a mosquito bite ?

AIDs is born of stupidity and poverty, in equal measure. On the other hand, if no one in Africa died of AIDs, they'd only die of starvation. Education is key, sending food parcels is a plaster on a festering wound

If a person can rid his stupidity anonymously on a forum about pc parts, then he's less likely to use poor knowledge in real life.
