Hey guys,

Quick question, could you please find me the cheapest method of getting to London (W1D 7DH) from York. I need to arrive at London by the 6.30pm on Tuesday 5th of April. Any mode of transport is acceptable. But preferably train.

I've already had a good luck around and i was hoping that someone might have a trick up there sleeve.

Megabus ? Just checked their website, two fares / 2 buses available that day, £9 leaving at 6:55 or £3 leaving at 12:50.

How does £3 on the coach sound? Or £9 if you want to be there in the morning.

I've been looking at Megabus, but sadly i don't really fancy travelling 8 hours there and back unless there is no other choice.

We where considering renting a SMART care due to the cheaper parking and congestion charge thing, but that still involves travelling 8 hours there and back.

£4 hours for one way isn't that bad, the bus will stop at service stations as wel.
