£200-300 Upgrade

My machine needs an upgrade, it's mainly used for gaming and web browsing.
My Current Specs:
Processor:intel core duo E7300 @ 3.6Ghz
GPU:BFG Tech GTX 280
Mobo:JW-P45D2-ULTRA
Case:Antec 900
PSU:corsair 750w
Ram 4gig
Any suggestions?

SSD is a really nice upgrade.

You may also want to consider upgrading the CPU to a quad core (you can get the Q6600 G0 for less than £80 these days) - as games are starting to make good use of more than two cores.

May I ask what monitor you are using?
 
you dont need a GPU upgrade for that size screen.

stulids build does look pretty solid, ill give it a week and hopefully order the parts. Thanks for the replies and if I do get the money from selling the old parts an SDD seems apealing.
